I t is very fast paced but most medical practices are there are a lot of things to do to keep flow going. I think they do try to cross train employees. I think they should hire a few temps when vaction time comes around

They've made some very questionable decision in the few months they've been running the clinics and hospitals. I would say some border on unethical.
