The interview process is with a panel. This would be with a manager assistant manager a contact lead and customer service manager

The interview was a long process. It took months to get one and once interviewed there were not many questions asked. Perhaps it was due to my resume has a lot on it and the questions asked told them whether I knew my job or not.
