-Treat employees with respect and pay with actual competitive wages.
-Listen to all employees ideas and concerns from any level of position.
-Hire managers that have experience and education as a manager, rather than someone under-qualified with no knowledge or experience on how to properly manage employees, especially when the only reason for hiring them is blatant nepotism.
