Don't work there they don't care about you! That company makes promises and says that they're going to take care of you and help you get further in the company but they don't.
If you were in charge, what would you do to make Stinker Stores a better place to work?
I would maintain and reprimand any managers that aren't following company policy. I would listening and restore order in the store. I would follow through with the 90-day performance review on my employees and let them know that they're doing a good job and when they could do better. I would actually execute the training get that done and taken care of.
Having to work with equipment breaking down all the time and not getting help because I worked graveyard and rarely was I able to get in touch with my manager to help me.
It was okay. I thought I did pretty well and at that time believed the people and customers were nice people. Found out it was a very hostile and abusive work environment for little pay and everyone there was very critical.
My mother worked for one of the locations and I interviewed with her boss and got hired to be the assistant manager at a separate location
