I wore a nice colorful blouse, fixed my hair and make up just like I would if I was going into an office to interview. They only see you from shoulders up really. I also made the room where I have my computer look extra nice, put out fresh flowers-made sure it looked tight.

No they don't, they recently expanded to the UK so if you live there you may be able to get a job working there but you have to live within three hours of a major hub.

I would say you would have to pay for a babysitter still, they expect you to work in longer chunks of time (at least two hours or more at a time). It's also extremely difficult to work as quickly as they expect you to if you have any sort of distractions, in this job every minute counts.
