It is not a good idea to apply there unless you have previous relations with the management there. Thats what I learned while I was there. There is no employee loyalty there unless you're one of their favorites of have ties with management. I've seen more people let go here than anywhere else.


I felt pride in that the service department worked very hard to please our customers. We had a wonderful team until drastic changes were made to save money: and the entire department was let go. They started with our service manager Bob Shnayer.. the best service manager any dealership would be very fortunate to have. I went on medical short term leave. When I came back after eight weeks. My job was gone as was everybody else's. It was very hard on all of us. But that is how most dealerships do things. Bottom line no job security,
