Can be stressful. Upper management manages on emotions and takes it out on everyone when there’s a problem. Upper management isn’t always clear on what they want and gets upset when they dont get what they want even though they didn’t communicate properly. Communication is a joke!!!

Scheduled for 8 but upper management didn’t think twice about calling, texting , or emailing you to do something after they work day ended, when you had a day off, or on weekends when you arent scheduled. Those hours weren’t compensated because you weren’t allowed to claim over time.
