Do not treat staff as of they are disposable. Understand that front line staff care about the residents so asking for their input and actually utilizing their input would help resident quality of care as well as morale.

The company is very disorganized they have no yearly reviews you may get a one or 2% raise if you’re lucky. They’re very top-heavy in management they treat the lower people very badly. I would never put my parents in that facility because they have neglect throughout the facility. They have to hire agency because their turnover is half their workforce annually . The agency does not take part in any of the rules and regulations of the facility. Top management is just trying to line their pockets and provide the littlest amount of care possible.
Treat employee's better, train properly, support employees, allow for motivational activities for staff
