Did not compensate for hard working employees
Written by Billing Office Specialist (Former Employee) from Stonington, CT on July 11, 2018
The rehab unit is extremely stressful and the client to staff ratio is almost dangerous. Personally, I exceeded my job expectation and received minimal monetary compensation. The immediate staff was great to work with and it felt like a cohesive unit when I worked which made it tolerable.
ProsFriendly staff
ConsNo breaks, No compensation for working hard.
