I would try my hardest to comply with part timers schedules. A happy employee turns into a satisfied customer. Part time employees that don't get desired scheduled hours are grumpy and don't care about the customer.

I got in trouble for something that enitirely wasn't my fault lol. They said I would be suspended but I could dispute it at the union's office. Minimum wage wasn't worth going through the headache so I just didn't go back lol.

About 2 weeks, you get interviewed then you get hired and then they
show you around the store then they train you to shop.
Then after that we are told about the rules of the job
then your hired.
