  • Huge cliques, lots of slackers, if you have any work ethic you will be made to do everything. I have seen whole groups of co-workers hanging out while only two cashiers are on a register and mile long lines of customers. Some people get every weekend and holiday off others get assigned every weekend. Some people literally go there to hang out and make a few dollars. If you work in a more regional area it’s likely that everyone will be either, will know somebody. So nepotism plays a role.

  • Stressful nobody gets along.

  • No one works. if they would get rid of the easy scan check out, maybe those people would work more. Because they're just standing there on cell phones and stealing all day There will be long lines no one comes over to help you bag or anything. The front end managers don't even tell them to hop on another register to help you out they just stand there and talk all the time.

  • Work culture is toxic. very toxic. please dont apply. If you want full time badly enough you will tell them you will work nights and close your dept. trust me you will get it asap. cuz full timers dont like to close or clean . the people with senority. will take advantage and walk all over you. the more senority the less they do cuz they will "delegate " everything to low senority Don't show up on time, don't kill yourself, always call out and take extra long breaks. those people move up and get employee of the month. you work hard and be reliable they will take advantage of you. higher senority with a track record( writes up, suspensions) will get a promotion over the ones that have a clean record. and decent customer service doesnt mean much..

  • Zero work stability. If you want to go "full-time", good luck, it never happens. Openly abusive often hostile to part-timers. Dangerously haphazard hours. Looking for dependable consistent hours look elsewhere.

  • Cliquey and high school like but sometimes fun

  • Good work, i like

  • Feeling good

  • I think it's great.

  • Good nice people always will have a friend to have your back
