Not the worst but FAR from the best
The manager for my area is friendly and they are good about not being rude or condescending in any way. The job itself is just not great. The travel is frustrating when your location gets switched just before your shift, or you're suddenly called to a store almost an hour out of the way. The scheduling flexibility is non-existent. As a full-time student and a full-time employee now doing forced overtime, I'm just exhausted all the time, and they don't care. To them, work is the most important thing in your life. I've been in situations where I wouldn't even make it home for a full 8-hour sleep before having to be right back at work again. I've also had days where I'm "voluntold" to work 12+ hours. The pay isn't the worst for an AP job but they expect so much of you and so much of your time and refuse to take experience into account.
Pros
Mostly unsupervised work
Cons
No flexibility or fair pay

Great coworkers, horrible management
Working for this company has been horrible. We are forced to work non mandatory overtime. I am denied days off to spend with my son during visitation. Pay rate never matches the amount of work requested done.
Pros
Decent wage, fun coworkers.
Cons
Horrible Management
