Great benefits just have to have patience wirking with public
The company itself is a good company to work for. The benefits are great. Management seems good and caring for the most part. Just the difficult part us dealing with customers who are difficult and sometimes even mean. Just need to have a stiff upper lip working with all kinds of people

Overall good job but extremely horrible management
I am currently a few months in with stop and shop, my experience at the beginning was ok nothing to major. But overtime as I stayed the job got consistently poor. The overall thing that makes me frustrated with the job is the management.The management barley supports you or cares for you, mostly through out the day they just yell at you for making a minor mistake. Sometimes there are days where there are barley any people working and you have to do most things in your own. They still give breaks of course by law, but they don’t like it when you stay more than 30 seconds pasts your break time. But anyways job is good for teens but I recommend teens or first time employers to the company to probably look for another job of it’s too stressful. What I can guarantee is that they will throw you under the bus. Sometimes they give more hours or days to other Co-Workers than you. But the job has flexible hours and times.

Productive a cool company
It was fun working there at first, but people were always coming and going. They also were a bit unorganized. The job is pretty flexible and they work around your schedule. It’s a good job for high school and college students.
