We value our employees and work life balance is on the top of the list! 2020 was a challenging year for most and we were happy that we were able to keep our employees safe and employed with minimal layoffs or shut downs while enduring the trials of COVID19.
Depends on the account you are in and the “team” they have in place.
If you have people who actually work and get their job done 40-45 hours. If you have people who are there because the company cannot afford to get rid of them then you can work 60 hours during the week and Saturdays.Fifty
Work life balance is nonexistent. Many team members are forced to cancel vacations or work while on planned trips.
