Senior Vice President (Former Employee) – West Lawn, PA – April 17, 2018
Conducting cold interviews is a tough business especially in the 21st Century - the company made its mark on the ability to call people out of the blue and conduct unstructured interviews, often seeking sensitive company data along the way. In the days before caller ID, voice mail, instant messaging, and smartphones, this was easier - people actually answered their work phones. Now, not so much. Obtaining information is much more nuanced, and I didn't adapt as well as I suspect I could have. I enjoyed my colleagues, but senior management owns the firm and is generally very opaque with the firm's profitability -- so bonuses might be earned but not paid out if other divisions are hurting. If I knew back when I joined what I now know, I would not have gone to work for the firm. I would have had many fewer sleepless nights.
Client-site position / excellent support from corporate

Excellent group of people, small - business environment where everyone from the CFO to the receptionist are all on a first name basis. Location in Ballston makes it an accessible and fun place to work.
Recruiter (Former Employee) – Colorado Springs, CO – July 26, 2012
I had to leave this company after only 5 months due to the hostile work environment caused by the Vice President (owner's daughter). Once hired, I was informed the employee before me worked one day and the previous employee worked only a few months. The short employment was due to the same management issues.
The corporate office in DC seems to be a good place but, I would recommend keeping away from the Colorado Springs office.
