Hopefully they stay open. The (adult) patients seemed to like it there and it seemed to be a therapeutic environment but the adolescent unit was a mess and the geriatric was basically just TV time all day. The way they staff is not safe though and they can’t seem to figure out exactly where they’re going so my expectations of them staying open aren’t too high unless they get it together.

The drive for admissions compromises the nurses ability to satisfacturally be able to complete the work for the patients they are already assigned. Three or four admissions per shift is more than one can comprohensively handle; it's not fair to the new admits and it compromises the care of the current patients. Lack of leadership is truly hurting this company, its employees and its patients.
