Enjoyed the job and the people but not the constant oversight.

Sometimes I would be sick to my stomach. I had such high hopes.
Stressful. If you’re a team player, chances are you’re the only one. Most staff just don’t come which puts you in charge of multiple halls as typically the only nurse. Of course someone is always “on their way” but never arrives. You’re legit on your own. Laws mandate in a mental health setting a ratio has to be put in place for-profit facilities. Yea, makes no difference here.
Dreaded it. Overworked. Stressed out.
I'm afraid for my safety.
Green Bay, WI....I love what I do but this company has been detrimental to countless of its employees. No employer should be allowed to get away with what they are!!! Sorry I ever stepped through their door!!!
I have never wanted to walk out of a job before but this place is the absolute worst place to work. I hate getting up and going to work.
I never wanted to actually get up and go to work, because I never knew what I would be walking into. Some days I would be the only one who showed up for my shift and I had to watch 17 patients alone. So I dreaded going to work.
