Been with strategic for over 2 years now. Extremely engaging, fast past, tele-sales company. The management team really caters to rep growth and education. Even though we have become a larger firm the last couple years, exec's and higherups still make it apparent to keep the company culture close and family feeling.
The hardest part of the job is, tele-sales is not for everyone, and alot of people dont have the mindset to sit and talk on the phone for 4-6 hours a day. Eventhough ive been here for 2.5 Years - I sometimes feel a little burnt. Ways I get around it is vacationing twice a year, maintaining a strong work-life balance and focusing on all the positive this high$$$reward company has provided me.
You work around some extremely fun and influencial people. It's also right in midtown manhattan, best location for a financial sales type job.
