Yes it is very true the company does not pay even the national average in merchandising your mileage the worst I've seen in my 20 years of merchandising and God forbid if you have a family emergency have to go out of the country they say they'll understand and turn around and work with you and then take your work and give it to somebody else and tell you your services are no longer needed the following Monday. worse and disrespectful and lying management I've ever seen of any company in merchandising. You're better off unemployed or working a steady part-time full-time job. And then upper management doesn't even have the respect to contact you directly they have to leave it for the email system for lower management to contact you talk about tacky. Any other job and Company would be better paying than this company and value their employees better especially in California.

Make sure my employees knew exactly who their reporting supervisor was. Make sure the work directions were very clear. Create training videos to make sure employees knew the steps they should take. Pay employees for their drive time. Give employees more hours each week.

Lousy hours. You get an hour a week if you're lucky. If you're looking to actually get paid, keep looking :)
