Good Managerial skills require education. Most managers in this area, that I’ve met, got their position by attrition. Qualifications matter when you’re attempting to motivate your associates.

This is so true. They hardly ever answered my emails when I had questions. I had to text and call and leave voicemails. The managers work from home so whenever I did talk with them on the phone I could always hear background noise like kids or dogs barking. Also have another manager speak to me very unprofessionally and without a cause and was extremely rude

Hire better management.. Management who knows how to communicate.. Don't expect employees to be able to leave for 3 nights on a 12 hour notice.. The list goes on and on.
They expect immediate responses yet management hardly fully responds, if at all.
