Job Coach (Former Employee) - Sacramento, CA - October 7, 2017
Indeed Featured review
The most useful review selected by IndeedRead daily journal and see what requests were provided from previous coworker. Complete those tasks and work one on one with client to exceed daily goals. Hardest part of job was not having support and guidance through manager. Manager could never be reached and supervisor was never around. Enjoyable part was client succeeding in daily and weekly expectations.
Pros
good coworkers
Cons
poor management, not enough supports
