Perform all the methods of cookery as well as follow set-work and prepared food items on a consistent basis and in accordance with menus, recipes, cooking, portion control, garnishing dishes, waste control guidelines or instructions in accordance with restaurant standards.
Assisting the chef in planning and preparing of menus, as well as in cooking a variety of dishes while in training.
Maintain a clean and sanitary environment at all times and follow all safety standards and sanitation policies when handling food, beverages, other functions and responsibilities as assigned in accordance with restaurant and health department standards.
Taking food and beverage orders, placing orders and observing customers with a view to respond to additional needs and by ensuring customer satisfactions.
Performing various tasks such as cleaning-up, restocking, tidying, washing-up and kitchen
