Felt rewarding to work with the girls however did not feel appreciated. We were always understaffed and they didn’t seem to hire people with experience. although we did have orientation, tthere weren’t consistent staff meeting to express need for extra training. Admin staff was not readily available or seemed to minimize your concerns. Rarely got lunch or dinner breaks due to lack of staffing and because of this, break wasn’t possible

They have potential to be an amazing company. Wonderful and inclusive mission with good intentions. Unfortunately it felt like drama and politics got in the way of that. In addition, people who weren't interacting clinically had a say in clinical decisions at some points but not others. Inconsistent direction and protocols.

Very untrusting employees and upper management does NOT support you in any way. Sad part is Management will lie to gain there raise and make themselves look better than you .

The mission is commendable, but they do not value current and prospective employees. They make empty promises and take so long to get back to you. They say one thing and do another. If you are willing to work in a high stress environment with severely traumatized girls for low pay, then maybe you'd enjoy it. I have my Bachelor's degree in psychology and counseling and half way done with my Master's with experience and they only will offer you $15.25. Not really any prospective job growth.

Worst company ever!! Admin has no clue what is going on in the cottages. They just delegate. Some staff they hired have more issues then the clients!
