There isn’t a rule against tipping and it depends where you work.. I worked at in Las Olas, the rich part of Fort Lauderdale. So clients had money and every once in a while, they tipped. I obviously kept the money.

No, rarely and to top of the GM didnt want a tips accepted because it would look "tacky" WELL THEN STOP BEING CHEAP AND PAY YOUR EMPLOYEES BETTER. PLANO TX

No. Everything is paid for up front and no cash is exchanged between clients and practitioners as far as I know.
