Just shut down, before you go down with the rest of those clowns. After all you looked like the biggest one.

I would tell her to leave and allow someone that actually cares run the agency.

Pay decent wages and give employees incentive to stay. Stop treating people as if they’re disposable. No one works for Strive because of the paycheck. Value your staff.
