Inadequate training and too much turn over. No boundaries from participants. Participants literally run the place, wheeling and dealing for a discount on any service. A lot of participants hang out at from desk gossiping and I felt hipaa was not followed even though the CEO said it was. Exceptionally privileged people and expect to be waited on hand and foot. The people are great
