Terrible place to Work
The days were extremely long, the work environment was not rewarding, the job itself was terrible. Your average work day was comprised of boredom or extreme levels of stress there was no balance. The only positive aspect o the job was I learned a lot about logistics and management of critical medical devices. Management of the team was terrible, everyone was overworked. Everyone on the team got along but the unfortunate aspect of the job was the high rate of turnover, the average person lasted about 6 months before they quit the job. There was not one aspect of the job that was easy. every part of the job was hard the only thing about the job that was enjoyable was the nursing staff respected all the hard work the team did on a daily bases

the positive and can do attitude
Stryker is an unbelievable place to work. I cannot imagine working anywhere else and wish I had been able to work here my entire working career. Flexible work hours for those potions that are available. Stryker promotes individual growth and does great with recognition.

Manager Don't Care
After 1 mistake is brought to light they will go and back date ALL of the minor and/or major mistakes made. They give an opportunity to do better however they don't keep their part of the deal. They don't hesitate terminate people.

Great place to start a career
Great place for an internship or to start career. However, you dont learn much and should only stay for a couple years and move on. You are able to change positions in the company .However, management is young and inexperienced, so not a great place to learn.

No candidate wants to work for an organization that does not register profits. Even though the term ‘job security’ has become a cliché, employees aim at finding an employee who can guarantee them a job even during the economic recession. One sign of an employee with a sustainable organization is one who steadily hires and fires employees. This makes the employees understand that they have to let some of the workers go, but an organization with a history of layoff is a total turn-off to most employees.
