I work remote now for stryker. The company does not provide training other than having you complete the training course they provide which doesn't always pertain to my immediate job.

Great company culture, mission and values. You can make an amazing career at Stryker. The environment is fast paced and can be high pressure at time, but the energy and support from leadership and colleagues is very inspiring!
Data Entry Coordinator in Mahwah, NJ

I have no complaints about the work itself. My manager was more than helpful and always worked with me to make sure I had resources and wasn't overwhelmed. Was lied to about the position being temp to hire. Very obvious after week 1 I was a stop gap measure with no prospect of being hired in a permanent role

From day 1 you could tell this company truly values its employees. Frequent employee events make you feel valued and keep you energized. Great benefits, great people, great culture. They have everything you could ever want in an employer. I love my job!

The job in itself is not bad. You should be getting paid more for all you do. The coworkers are lazy and toxic. No one wants to pull there weight. No life because your working 6-7 days a week.

Typical questions any job has asked of you. They praised my resume to be very high, but at the end, it was BS, believe me, nothing else.
