Unrealistic expectations for new product development time lines with a sole focus on getting to market as soon as possible. Getting to market equates to increased revenue in the short term, even if product performance is sacrificed.
If you don't have a degree or are hourly you are looked down upon. They will say all the right things but the actions they take and policies they put in place prove they don't care about the front line workers.

Good luck, it takes alot longer than any company offering a 3 month opportunity. They will use you as long as 2 years then let you go but it takes around 10 months to a year to get hired in the factory floor.
9-5 hours are great especially during the summer months to avoid the mid-day heat. Trying to get the bank is hassle though but it evens out with being able to balance out my personal life and it not interfering.
It's growing every day, month, year. It's an awesome company to work for. It's unfortunate that I no longer work there because of illness and not being able to call, etc.
The interview process includes asking general personal questions, how i would handle certain situations within the job position, and whether or not fast pace work is something could be an issue.
