Pay your employees an actual living wage.
Having a sort of annual training day for officers to get together to cover some basics of security along with new ideas/tactics/policies to help keep everyone more so on the same page in some areas.
I also believe that having a more organized way to cover shifts would be very beneficial. Such as having available shifts/call-ins listed on the Stt website or having a phone app where such shift openings could be viewed and/or accepted by employees.
Classes for supervisors to learn how to be decent supervisors.
