There are 3 things that would make me want to leave STA
1. Loss of school district contract in my area
2. Can no longer pass the physical
Favorism towards certain employees by management. Make the same amount of money as new drivers off the street despite having years of experience. No vacation time. No sick time. Don’t get paid on holidays, teacher workshop days, etc....yet management does.
Bad management, treats employees, parents and school officials rudely..... suck ups are always complaining about others issues when they are the biggest hypocrites, Not every one has to abide by the same rules. Low pay,
Bad management and chock full of nepotism and catering to favorites...They don't back you up when there is a problem...and Human resource is a joke
Low pay, no benefits. Been there 8 years and I only make .65 cents more than brand new drivers
