I get 36 to 38, sometimes 40.
I averaged 36 hours since our turnover rate was so high. Getting hours was easy.

Depends on experience or ability to adapt to the franchises culture. Each culture is different. Picking up shifts or sharing shifts with co workers would be the best bet to pick up hours. I used to hear people complaining and I'd ask if I could pick up hours. It was easy for me but I also came from a restaurant background.
