There was a three week paid training period that was very thorough thanks to the tech support trainer. He is extremely passionate about his job and makes learning the nuances of tech support enjoyable. Schedules are set in stone, but it is easy to shift with someone in your department if needed. The healthcare benefits are great, includes dental and vision. FMLA available after a year. Only downfall to working here is rude customers. Some might verbally abuse you or immediately ask for a supervisor without the chance to help them. But most customers are pleasant and somewhat makes up for the bad customers.
