Nice people, crazy hours
Special Events and Marketing Manager (Current Employee) –  Sugar Land, TXOctober 26, 2017
The people in charge are very nice and really do care about their employees, however, the work hours are ridiculous and it seems frowned upon to not want to work 60+ hours per week. Lunch is provided every day if you want which is great, but it also seems frowned upon for people to leave for lunch. If you're good with hours, they're great people to work with for the most part.
Pros
Free Lunch, Nice People
Cons
Crazy Hours

Management is dictator
SERVER (Former Employee) –  Sugar Land, TXMay 23, 2017
New management within the last year. They cannot keep up with scheduling and do not like people who express their opinions or disagree with them. They do not care about family life outside of work. If you are one to do exactly what you are told and willing to get walked over, this is the place for you. They do not give raises.

Ok place
Waitress/ Bartender (Former Employee) –  Piggott, ARMay 11, 2017
If you need a part time waitressing job, this place is great for that. If you are over 21 you can also bartend, which really helps bring in the tips. Overall, decent starting job.

Down to earth tennis
Assistant Professional Tennis Coach (Current Employee) –  Sugar Land, TXMarch 26, 2016
-a typical day for me would start with a private lesson at 4pm.
I instruct the junior drills at 5 to 7pm.
I have another private at 7 to 8:30pm

-The job has taught me to really listen to people since they are coming for help/instructions.

-My co-workers are laid back, we often go have lunch or dinner, we help cover each other's lessons if we ever fell ill.

-The hardest part of the job is that i get no benefits being with the company which is fine, but I would like to see a change.

-The enjoy seeing the smiles and being able to share their results of whether winning or losing knowing they gave it their all.
Cons
no healthcare no benefits to really work for the company
