SugarCRM was going through a lot of changes while I was there.

Sales people were reporting to Marketing, we were supposed to provide demonstrations of the product, however, there was no training for the online demo program and often the program would crash.

Teaming with the Outside Sales Reps was a collaborative process and the reps were appreciative of the opportunities I provided them.
