Here's what people have asked and answered about working for and interviewing at Summit Academy Management.
I am leaving because they've dug themselves into such a huge financial hole that they've had three huge rounds of lay-offs over the last year. They can't afford decent staff to begin with, then fire those they can hire because they can't pay them. There are a lot of shady, underhanded dealings going on.
I will miss the families desperately, but not getting screamed at while being severely underpaid will brighten my life tremendously. Every day begins with an overwhelming sense of dread.
