I am sorry that you experienced such issues when you were interviewed. We recently overhauled the entire on-boarding process which has allowed us to decrease the time from when someone applies to them working to less than a week. Because we require everyone to undergo a mandatory orientation prior to being sent out to patients homes results in the process taking approximately a week.

We have instituted semi weekly express pay in which Summit can pay its nurses within 48 hours of them submitting shift documentation. The days of waiting for a Friday payday is no more.

It is a 21st century learning experience for the modern nurse in where nurses get to practice on present day equipment. It is a mandatory (one day) training for all LPN & RN's who are applying to work for us. We supply breakfast and lunch for all attendees.
