Too many processes have been put in place and made what used to be a pretty straightforward job way more complicated than it should be. Very uncomfortable environment. Half of the people you see in each of the pictures don't even work there anymore

Take care of and listen to the people that do the actual work. Hire a manager that can actually communicate with their team. Don't brag about making lists no one's ever heard of. Your image and reviews online aren't everything. Your employees are. Even if they aren't your prized salespeople. Stop letting your buyers act like they run the business

Typical 8 hour day with room for flex time if you need to adjust. Short fridays in the summer which is great.
