Take care of and listen to the people that do the actual work. Hire a manager that can actually communicate with their team. Don't brag about making lists no one's ever heard of. Your image and reviews online aren't everything. Your employees are. Even if they aren't your prized salespeople. Stop letting your buyers act like they run the business
