It's great that the medical assistants have recently received a $3-$4 increase within the past year. Low financial compensation was one of the main reasons for the mass exodus from the company. Kudos to the company for recognizing that problem and fixing it. It is a great company to work for and most of the MDs are decent people

I think the plan set in place is fantastic. Only thing I see that needs improving is the compensation bonus in December. I feel we should not be penalized by other offices who do not have high Press Ganey scores.

Pay close attention to your Directors of Urgent Care and Clinical Coordinators. Good employees are leaving because of them.

I would tell him that patients should be able to be seen right away if they're legitimately I'll. The schedulers won't make allowances for these pts. and they're forced to go elsewhere.
