Good company to work for. Large franchise offers job security and competitive wages for management. Easy to work your way to management. They encourage promotion with in house from entry level to management.

Great work place atmosphere
Worked on insurance, attorneys, employee's (3000) Work Comp injuries - Loved interacting with co-workers and other sources outside the company. Management/Owners really hands on in every field of the company. Open door policy.

Shift Manager
Heavy customer service and store cleaning. Lots of stuff that needs to be done daily. Not a job that allows for any sitting around time. Love the job.
Pros
Food discounts and they get bigger the higher up you go and flexible schedules for the most part.
Cons
Not much help sometimes for the amount of work expected to be completed. Turnover.

Unappreciative
The gm is condescending. She treats everyone like they are too dumb to do their jobs. The only reason management got such a low rating from me is because of the gm. The rest of the managers were fantastic. Most of the co-workers were great to work with as well. If they got a new/better gm it would be a pretty good place to work.

Terrible
Terrible company to work for. They treat their employees like they don't matter. And never give any credit when it is deserved. And will give people promotions to general manager just so they won't quit. Lousy management.

Expected to work 6 days a week plus regardless of target performance. Never good enough attitude towards successful managers. Demeaning and belittling to long term accomplished workers.
Pros
bonus structure
Cons
55+ hour work weeks, Never get a weekend off, Not allowed to use PTO
