The pay was good when the oilfield was boom until it dropped off in 2014. The local work was easy just not as consistent as I would have liked. The management could have been better

Would never recommend

I sent my resignation letter and stated the date which would be my last day. I was told to clock out 10 mins later and they will not send me my check immediately. You can make my resignation effective immediately but hold my check. Benefits aren’t great , over $230 for employee only. Not a great vacation , pto package. Have to pay for everything via payroll deduction. Two 5 minute break for the whole day. I would never recommend anyone to work here.

Driver Manager will gang up on you. Be careful

oot fuel, supervisor will invade your privacy if they don't like you and will fire you on smallest mistake. Hard to talk to anybody in the office., descent schedules

What makes this company great is that they are fast paced and are willing to take chances. Many companies cannot say the same. If you are willing to put in the work, the opportunities are endless.

Spend a lot of time away from family but overall there's work when it's busy. Oil field operations constantly stay busy when it's booming schedule is 4 weeks on 1 week off minimum.

Good ole boy system

At Suncoast Resources inc expect fake positive work environment, bad management , and work harder not smart mentality. Management is more focused on pleasing owner than keeping and compensating good workers. If you’re not a driver or office worker(some) you can expect leaders with no leadership qualities but only in positions based on longevity or back-scratching higher ups. HR department is corrupt and not a good resource for humans at all.

Very organized

This company offers a great opportunity to learn and cross train after a year in your position. Once the Management knows that you are a company person and willing to learn, they go over board to help. I hired on into the CNG position, which involves a lot of problem solving skills, and quick thinking. This is a much needed area.

They have a high starting pay for drivers. One of the most organized companies I’ve ever worked for. Dispatch is all ran out Houston. This company is very hands-on with their drivers workflow. Driver facing camera which is used to monitor everything. Come in, do your job thoroughly without incident and you will not have any issues. Not much room for drivers to advance. The fuel business can be very repetitive. As far as the oil field goes it’s pretty easy and simple work.

Good company but workers that have been there 10 plus years don't like any new changes. No one wants to hear your ideas that could be a better fit for the company or department. There are too many workers who are intimidating by the new hired staff. No one wants to train you. You learn by your own mistakes and learn how to fix them on your own.
