Sun communities is an awesome company to work for..but the whole penalties for miswipes on breaks ..lunches etc.makes it stressful sometimes..always worried I clocked in too early or vice versa..so if your minute early off from break..it takes me 5 minutes in the employee comments on timecard....and employees from cafe should be allowed a free meal ...

The entire process. Reporting to a clueless manager that is never in the office or available. Not to mention she doesn’t give out her phone number to call (I wonder why?) Working along side arrogant/lazy/careless people with low work ethic. Dealing with the residents of the community 7/10 people are rude or disrespectful. If you have a problem and go to HR they dismiss them like it’s nothing and can’t do anything about it. Also, if someone had a problem with you and cried to HR you will likely hear from them and be terminated. If you can’t beat em, join em. The general lack of concern for the public safety and employees. Poor training and heavy workload since nobody else does their job.

All that aside, it was nice when you did everything and could relax, but never expect to come in to things being clean or ready to open like when you do you’re job and close for the day.

Not the worst ever, but not the greatest. Nice to be able to work outside.

Hi there,
The best way to confirm we've received your application with resume attached is to login to your candidate profile account that was created during the application process. The link to login to your online profile is located here: https://goo.gl/KQwJk4. Once you've logged in, you'll see any job(s) you've applied to, the status of your application, and can see the resume you would've attached.
