Sun communities is an awesome company to work for..but the whole penalties for miswipes on breaks ..lunches etc.makes it stressful sometimes..always worried I clocked in too early or vice versa..so if your minute early off from break..it takes me 5 minutes in the employee comments on timecard....and employees from cafe should be allowed a free meal ...

I think that all higher up managment need to work the job 1 month straight to understand the job there telling someone else to do ...and then understand why they need a better pay wage get your hands Dirty
