I applied for PT Guest Services position - did app, computer skills test, phone interview and then interview with manager onsite. Don't think she had ever interviewed anyone before - had one question "So, tell me about yourself". . .I answered - trying to keep it brief - she had NO follow up - dead air. I asked her about the business, etc. She responded pleasantly but had no idea how to keep the conversation going. I did not have a good feeling about it but expected to hear SOMETHING! Yesterday, I noticed the job being advertised again on Indeed so sent HR woman an email asking about it (my app onsite still said "under consideration". . . so today I went on and checked it and it said "no longer being considered". Think she could at least sent an email??? Not at all professional - very low paying, too $10.25/hour
Horrendous- it took four weeks of back and forth over the phone with someone out of state to actually get to start work. everything was slowed down by things the in house manager could have done in a day.
It's over the phone

It's a casual interview depending on the manager. From my experience, they don't use any of the throws oddball questions so there aren't any tricky questions to prepare for. Be confident and direct and upbeat.

Phone interview, then the RVP of the region sets up a face to face interview, if you are selected you take your drug test and paperwork. then an offer letter is sent
