A good start but...
Written by Designer (Former Employee) from Lewiston on August 7, 2018
I was a designer at the paper, working nights. There wasn't a lot of opportunities for advancement. The people were great to work with though. I started with the idea that I would work part-time until I proved I could do the work. Unfortunately, I don't think the company had the budget to hire me full time. I had to leave to find something more stable - more... and that paid better. It's good for starting out, but not necessarily a good long term job; especially since the Costello's don't own the company any more. - less
ProsGood co-workers, getting industry experience
ConsNo accrued vacation, hours not stable, not enough pay for what you go through
