Sunair manufactures old technology products and has literally no customers. Management is horrible and can't be trusted. Lack of advancement opportunities and training No performance reviews or bonuses despite promises
Free lunch each month, outings, internal events
Low salaries, poor management, upper management lacks vision to adapt to changes

As a current employee at Sunair, I feel the need to respond to the pre-2014 reviews posted. I observe no intimidation or turnover issues here. Yes, the pay and advancement opportunities may not be stellar, but Sunair does have a lot to offer: a matched 401-K, bonuses, personal trainers every day, monetary fitness incentives, parties, events, a monthly luncheon, and good people to work with. Please don't let a few former employees' reviews scare you away.

High employee turnover with no job security despite your work performance. In order to survive at this company you will have to lose your dignity and succumb to the mischief of management to be accepted.
Human Resource Manager (Former Employee) – Ft Lauderdale, FL – January 22, 2012
This company is run by a verbally abusive, threatening and mistrusting CEO who treats everyone as though they have no value. He and his son run this shop by the theory of "motivation by intimidation". He does not believe in adhering to Federal law or labor policies and does not believe anyone else knows more than he does. Awful, awful, awful....without question.
