Don't take any promises from management!Especially the Branch manager!Watch everything you do around sales reps!They'll slit your throat to gain favor with management.Make sure you research the pay scale for the job you're going after.Accept nothing less than top pay in the field!It's a multi billion dollar world wide company.They can afford to pay you a living wage!

Depends on which PC you're working in. The place I worked at was horrible. The manager played favorites and ran the place on fear. He would threaten your job if you went to HR. He is a control freak who really doesn't care who he tramples as long as he looks good. HR doesn't help, so I would say the culture is toxic.

Well I worked there 12 years at temp-air , the work was great clean shop, co workers not so good , in fact terrible to much back stabbing unless you are in the iliac
