Depends on which PC you're working in. The place I worked at was horrible. The manager played favorites and ran the place on fear. He would threaten your job if you went to HR. He is a control freak who really doesn't care who he tramples as long as he looks good. HR doesn't help, so I would say the culture is toxic.
I love it. A lot of responsibility, pretty supportive management, but you need to be the type to take initiative.

Work from day to day was great with good people.
Work environment is crazy with insane long hours! Culture is minimal (although they will tell you otherwise) unless you are in the 'Ole Boys Club!
Environment was very good for due to the fact I was strictly working with the District and Regional Managers.
