This company is all about image. There is no need to see a patient 7 days a week unless they are actively dying. This is a for profit company. Company makes unrealistic promises to families and facilities that they can not fulfill. CNAS are expected to drive all over town and see a minimum of 10 patients a day. If you have PTO, you may get one holiday off, if you work on a holiday company only pays 4 dollars extra an hour. There are far better Hospice companies than Suncrest that are not for profit and treat their employees far better

This is a company that truly has the best interest of the employees, patients, and families. Everyone works together to come up with the best outcome. I have never experienced a company like this. In a world where negativity can be the norm, Suncrest is so different. I need special accommodations for my schedule and this company not only meets those needs but genuinely care about making sure my home life and work life are going well. Staff is close and always available to ask a question. The people we serve are amazing. This company makes a difference in the lives of families going through difficult times and for the employees that provide that support.

Pretty good. I was hired by two excellent managers who recently left several months ago.

We get the option of health savings plan or regular health insurance. It is fairly priced and is good insurance. Very competitive with what other big companies offer.

If your a RN and want to work nights FT they offer the 7 on/7 off night shift salaried position. The 7 on 7 off night shift does not get PTO/sick time and you get to work 109 hours per pay period because they are 15.5 hour shifts!! LPN's make more $$ because they work hourly (they don't work the crazy long shifts like RN's).

I look forward to going to work every single day and it often does not feel like work.
